Our best carriers work with us to provide the very best service for our customers. They offer complete transparency and communicate every step of the way. We work together and agree on competitive rates where we can both "win." Our carriers stay in front of potential issues that may arise and even communicate things that we may not have even thought of yet. We have built a great, long-lasting relationship that I am very proud of. Our carrier partners are critical to our success. They have feet on the ground during the loading , transport & delivery of the cargo. Excellent communications from all involved definitely increase the chances of a good outcome. We can’t be successful without them taking ownership of our shipments! Communication is the most valuable foundation a dedicated carrier can instill to us as a company. |
