Work-Life and Leadership - BNSFL Employees Voted

Written by Erin Brady | January 23, 2020

"Transformation" was a key word heard often in the halls and meeting rooms at BNSF Logistics in 2019. We're transforming the way we do business, how we interact with customers, invest in technology, and, most importantly, support our employees. Our leadership team firmly believes in creating a fun, nurturing work environment where team members are empowered to make decisions and form new, innovative strategies for tackling complex issues.

And clearly, our employees believe that this vision is coming to fruition. Last year, BNSF Logistics employees were asked to anonymously participate in an employee engagement survey conducted by Comparably.com, a company that focuses on tapping into current employee sentiment. The results placed us at the top of the list in 4 categories:

"Comparably Awards are provided annually to top performing company cultures based on real feedback from their employees. Based on 5,926 ratings and 139 participants, employees at BNSF Logistics are very satisfied with their work experience. The overall culture score, 76/100 or A, incorporates employee ratings based on their feedback on the Compensation, Environment, Gender, and more."

While we are especially proud of our award-winning leadership team, and a culture that earned us a Best Work-Life Balance title, we can't help but acknowledge our awesome CEO. We are honored to work for, not only one of the Best CEOs of 2019, but one of the Best CEOs for Women, Dan Curtis. Dan was also featured in this month's D CEO Magazine, a publication that features emerging entrepreneurs, top CEOs, and businesses that make Dallas grow.

BNSF Logistics has made it our goal to create a great quality of life in a safe and fun environment with ample opportunity for personal and professional growth.
